Ancestry - Subscription Flow Redesign
Helping to simplify the benefits of a subscription As lead UX/UI designer on this project, I worked with analytic insights and external agencies to understand the usability requirements. These insights helped to inform the decision making of a new design which refined the layout, and made it a more user-friendly experience. I did this by creating an identity for each membership through, use of colour, imagery and content. Following its success in the UK, the designs were applied to Australian and Canadian markets.
